No refunds, transfers or substitutions. Must participate in the event to get incentive rewards.
The Prerelease Kit set will be announced at the start of the event and will all the same for all teams.
Incentive and Prize Boosters will all be the same from a set different than the prerelease kit, TBA (to be announced) at the start of the event.
Mystery Boosters are not being utilized in any fashion for this event.
