  • Distance: ~1 minute walk

  • Why we like it: Great for when you are buying a ton of merchandise or carrying home a bunch of gifts.

REGISTER FOR VIP LOT

1301 Jefferson St. Surface Lot

  • Cost: $2/hour (Payable in 15-minute increments via ParkMobile)
  • Distance: ~6 minute walk

  • Why we like it: It’s more reliable than street parking and allows you to pay for exactly the time you need.

Private Lot (Jefferson between 8th & 9th)

  • Cost: Varies (Check signage on entry)
  • Distance: ~4 minute walk
  • Note: We do not offer validation for this lot, but it is one of the closest non-residential options available.

Trader Joe’s Lot (1330 Willow Ave)

  • Cost: $6 for up to 3 hours with a validation sticker you purchase from us!

  • Distance: ~8 minute walk

Midtown Garage (4th St between Clinton & Grand)

  • Cost: $5 for up to 3 hours | $9 for up to 8 hours with validation you purchase from us!
  • Distance: ~12 minute walk
  • Why we like it: If you’re spending the day in the area, this is the most cost-effective “set it and forget it” option.

Street Parking

  • Cost: $2–3/hour via ParkMobile
  • Availability: Very Low
  • The Reality Check: Most street parking in Hoboken is strictly metered or reserved for residents. Finding a spot can take 15-20 minutes of circling the block, and the rules are strictly enforced. Unless you have a lucky horseshoe, we recommend heading straight to one of the lots mentioned above!
