What happens if it rains on the day of my party?
In the event of inclement weather, both packages can be converted into one of our standard indoor party experiences (such as bowling, board game parties, or ping pong parties), subject to facility availability.
How is indoor space assigned if it rains?
Because our facility is large, we can host up to two simultaneous parties, or up to three if all groups have under 25 attendees. If rain forces multiple groups to request indoor space, options are assigned strictly on a first-come, first-served basis based on who committed and booked their date first.
Are there extra perks if my party moves indoors?
No. Converting to an indoor space provides a standard indoor party experience only. There are no extra upgrades, freebies, or bonus perks included in the weather transition.
Who counts as an attendee? Do I have to pay for adults?
Yes, our mandatory attendee policy charges for every single individual, including both adults and children. We use transparent pricing so you only pay for what you actually use, rather than inflating the per-child price to hide adult costs.
What happens if I bring more guests than my package base allows?
Standard guest limits apply to all bookings. Any additional guests attending beyond the base number included in your selected service will be billed at our regular per-person rates.
Can I add extra seating or tables to my outdoor setup?
Absolutely. You can select optional add-ons directly through our booking form. Extra folding chairs are available for $5 each, and extra 6-foot resin tables can be added for $15 each.
