• Doors Open: 8:00 AM

• Free Practice: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM

• Tournament Start: 10:00 AM

Registration & Fees

• Deposit Option: $30 entry fee when you put down a $10 deposit to hold your spot.

• Walk-In Option: $40 entry fee at the door..

Rules & Format

• Standard BCA Rules apply.

• Matches utilize alternate breaks.

Handicaps & Fargo Tiered Races

• New Players: No prior Fargo rating is required; a provisional rating will be given to establish your tier.

• Close Match Rule: If two players are in different tiers but within 20 Fargo points of each other, they will play an even match at the higher rack requirement.

• Minimum Requirement: Everyone must win a minimum of 2 racks to take a match.

• Tiered Races (Winner’s Side / One-Loss Side):

  • < 400: Race to 3 / 2

  • 400-449: Race to 4 / 3

  • 450-499: Race to 5 / 4

  • 500-549: Race to 6 / 5

  • 550-599: Race to 7 / 6

  • 600-649: Race to 8 / 7

  • 650-700: Race to 9 / 8

  • 700+: Race to 10/9

Prizes & Side Pot

• This is our ‘friendly’ format to be good for ANY skill level.

• Guaranteed Minimum Prize Pool: $125 (applies regardless of the number of players).

• Optional Side Pot: $20 entry for a winner-take-all pot to increase the top prize. House takes nothing out of the side pot.

Spectator Details

• Spectator Fee: $25

• Pool Class: Spectators may request billiards instruction from our house pro or tournament director when available.

• Included Amenities: The fee includes access to play pool, ping pong, darts, foosball, arcade games, pinball, and board games. Free coffee and fountain beverages are also included.
