We have received your cancellation request and it’s been time and date stamped.
You’ll have access to use your membership through the last day of the current membership month.
You are responsible for any balance due prior to today.
If you cancelled PRIOR to your renewal date and your card is ‘authorized’, we’ll void the transaction. If somehow the card is charged, we’ll refund the transaction.
If you cancelled ON OR AFTER your renewal date, your membership will cancel at it’s next renewal date and you’ll have your membership until then.
